- This position requires a minimum of three years compensation experience with a demonstrated knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to compensation.
- Ability to gather data, analyze situations and make decisions is necessary.
- Experience with an HCM system required; Workday is preferred. Experience with Visio is beneficial.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel knowledge is necessary. Intermediate level Microsoft Word and PowerPoint knowledge is also required.
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is highly preferred.
