- Would like some exposure to Accounts Payable. Previous clerical experience and light administrative experience
- Previous phone experience, will be on a rotating shift to field all switchboard calls. For this reason, someone who is bilingual is preferred
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Strong attention to detail - able to follow verbal and written directions
- Intermediate computer including word, excel and light PowerPoint. Also must be familiar with office equipment like scanners, binders and copy machines.
